About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and establish foundational, repeatable processes, procedures, documentation, and systems for onboarding and managing module frame customers
  • Utilize established tools to actively manage client accounts and serve as the primary interface between customers and Nextpower throughout contract management
  • Evaluate internal teams and stakeholders to identify capabilities, systems, tools, and resources supporting customer delivery
  • Establish customer-centric processes, systems, and workflows for advanced module frame customers
  • Create documentation, presentations, and materials communicating established processes
  • Own and continuously improve SOPs for recurring purchase-order project delivery
  • Establish, measure, and report customer-care KPIs
  • Act as primary customer contact and ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues
  • Schedule and manage customer meetings, deliverables, and information requirements
  • Document customer changes and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure contractual legal and financial requirements are understood, followed, and proactively managed
  • Advocate internally for customer needs
  • Coordinate on-time product delivery from purchase-order acceptance through delivery with Supply, Logistics, Finance, Quality, freight forwarders, and customers
  • Develop and own project dashboards covering project status and open action items
  • Potentially manage direct reports and oversee their training, success, and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7 years of Project/Program Management experience gained in either energy, construction, mining, or oil & gas
  • Minimum 5 years of customer account or relationship management
  • Strong project management skills and qualifications; PMP preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and talent for dealing with customer support issues
  • Ferocious attention to detail, tenacious with follow-ups, and committed to leading by example with personal accountability
  • Experience navigating and interfacing with a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Passion for solar or renewable energy
  • Knowledge of PV technology and its applications
