About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Site Leader in managing the shopping centers in Plaisir, Maurepas, Mantes, Villebon, and Vitry
  • Coordinate communications between stakeholders, tenants, and the assigned sites
  • Manage client relationships with retailers and internal and external contacts
  • Support the monitoring of and compliance with site budgets
  • Collect, follow up on, enter, monitor, and analyze sales figures reported by retailers, and compile reports
  • Enter contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, and reconcile the data with the property management teams
  • Ensure the site's administrative management and compliance with the internal regulations and lease provisions
  • Provide administrative support for technical property management
  • Attend General Meetings and prepare notices and minutes
  • Carry out tasks related to property management mandates, including reports and workflow forms
  • Organize and prepare site-related meetings and follow up on action items
  • Facilitate interactions between internal and external contacts
  • Ensure proper document management and administrative follow-up for the site

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or associate degree equivalent (Bac +2/3) in Real Estate or Administrative Management, with experience in real estate—ideally commercial real estate
  • Significant experience in a similar site property management role
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated
  • Strong service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and to the diverse needs of different stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
