Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand generation campaigns for Nielsen ONE and Ad Intel
  • Lead deployment, platform administration, and strategic execution of the Demandbase ABM automation engine
  • Deploy paid search, paid social, trade publication, content syndication, programmatic display/video, and targeted digital event campaigns
  • Develop interactive executive roundtables, customized webinars, and specialized industry forums
  • Implement behavioral lead-scoring frameworks using engagement, intent, and demographic signals
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Salesforce and marketing automation environments
  • Audit Cost Per MQL, MQL-to-SQL Conversion Velocity, and pipeline attribution
  • Translate campaign metrics into retro-reviews and roadmap adjustments during Monthly Business Review cycles
  • Maintain data hygiene, pipeline integrity, form validation, database quality, and data latency controls
  • Establish lead disposition frameworks and feedback loops with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Enforce SLAs for lead status updates, routing configurations, and unqualified disposition coding in Salesforce
  • Implement automated re-nurture logic and lifecycle re-engagement triggers with RevOps
  • Identify lead management gaps and deploy cross-functional enablement dashboards
  • Lead paid media and creative agency partners, including briefs, deliverables, and fiscal performance reviews
  • Manage content syndication networks and trade publication placement inventories
  • Ensure agency deliverables comply with corporate guidelines, brand identity specifications, and data compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in enterprise B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing within SaaS, data analytics, media intelligence, or corporate technology industries
  • Proficient, hands-on experience deploying, governing, and scaling account-targeted plays using Demandbase or Marketo/HubSpot enterprise suites
  • Advanced experience interpreting complex cross-channel attribution metrics, building performance tables, and managing Salesforce CRM environments
  • Experience with search bidding logic (Target CPA), keyword portfolio expansion, text/creative A/B testing, and native platform pixel architectures
  • Ability to operate collaboratively across complex matrix environments with sales, Revenue Operations, creative teams, and product lines
  • Professional-level expertise in Google Workspace
  • Technical fluency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads/Bing platforms, programmatic delivery ecosystems, and enterprise CRM infrastructures
  • Working competency with AI platforms such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT
  • Native-level written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to present business analytics to executive leadership and establish documentation guardrails
