About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize meetings based on strategic business goals
- Coordinate multi-timezone scheduling for internal teams and external clients
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle executive expense reporting
- Provide administrative assistance to improve organizational efficiency
- Coordinate office activities
- Coordinate in-person meetings and event logistics
- Manage department distribution lists and records
- Support department communications
- Coordinate agendas, attendees, and logistics for meetings and Nielsen client committees
- Coordinate venues, catering, A/V support, materials, and room setups
- Manage attendee participation and follow-ups
- Lead process documentation, issue resolution, workflow coordination, and process improvements
- Autonomously coordinate and guide team members while serving as a lead but not a supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- In-depth knowledge of department processes and procedures
- Ability to gather information to solve escalated problems
- Ability to serve as team lead, allocate work, and guide team members
- Breadth and/or depth of skills across processes, procedures, and systems
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- 4–6 years of experience
