About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the Country Manager France
- Drive business performance and decision-making for the France organization
- Collaborate with the global Finance organization, VP Finance, and international Finance community
- Provide financial leadership and business guidance to the Country Manager and leadership team
- Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial insights, analyses, and actionable recommendations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management processes
- Provide transparency on business performance, profitability, financial risks, opportunities, and key value drivers
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting with Accounting and Shared Services
- Drive profitability, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for commercial and investment decisions
- Bridge Commercial, Operations, Controlling, Accounting, and Finance functions
- Promote financial awareness, accountability, and a performance-driven culture
- Drive KPI development, reporting excellence, business intelligence optimization, and effective decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Controlling, or similar senior finance roles
- Strong commercial and operational finance experience with a proven track record of influencing strategic decisions and driving business performance
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Excel
- Fluent French and English, both written and verbal
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex financial data into clear business insights, recommendations, and actions
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Collaborative team player able to thrive in a low-hierarchy environment and support cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to challenge respectfully and constructively while influencing management-level decision-making
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, manage conflicts professionally, align diverse stakeholders, and act as a bridge builder across the organization
- High level of ownership, accountability, cultural awareness, and commitment to delivering results in a dynamic business environment
