About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across EMEA to define recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and candidate requirements
  • Create compelling job advertisements showcasing the Nilfisk employer brand
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, focusing on direct sourcing
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations
  • Manage recruitment activities in Workday while ensuring compliance with internal processes and local regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience initiatives
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies when required
  • Support and professionalise onboarding for new colleagues
  • Provide guidance and market insights for hiring decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within an international commercial organisation
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders across different countries and cultures
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, and English
  • Experience recruiting commercial and business-related profiles
  • Experience using assessment tools and interpreting assessment reports
  • Proactive sourcing mindset and confidence identifying and engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and advise stakeholders while building strong business relationships
