About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Mexico and South America, including developing job postings, LinkedIn search, resume review, candidate screenings, offer letter creation, and onboarding support
  • Communicate with hiring managers about recruitment needs, understand profiles, and provide business partnering on benchmarking, location, and profile matters
  • Establish recruiting strategies with hiring managers, including posting, sourcing, and networking opportunities
  • Recommend hiring manager interviews and advise on salary benchmarks
  • Present offers and remain a candidate point of contact until onboarding
  • Source and screen US profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate feedback
  • Participate in special recruiting initiatives to attract candidates
  • Participate in global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of focused corporate or agency recruitment and search experience, spanning from entry level to midlevel positions
  • Recruitment experience in other countries such as the US is an advantage
  • High level of English, written and verbally
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a search tool is an advantage
  • Experience with Workday or other ATSs is a plus
  • Structured and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated experience developing professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently and managing several ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Accountable and able to demonstrate results
