About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extract data, develop reports, and perform analytics for internal and external stakeholders
Document requirements and functionalities
Act as a primary contact for data-related queries and escalations
Design and implement data visualizations aligned with corporate standards and objectives
Engage with team members and stakeholders to address analytics and data integration needs
Share expertise in data integration and analytics to strengthen team capability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for technological enhancements
Contribute non-technical insights during the design and maintenance of BI reporting and data integration projects
Take on project assignments supporting broader data management and analytics goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work with others at all levels of the business to effectively deliver solutions with minimal supervision
One to four years’ experience with Microsoft Excel
Zero to two years’ experience with Power Query
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent years of experience
Healthcare Revenue Management experience, a plus but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must participate in departmental, training and staff meetings
Must adhere to all compliance and company policies and procedures
