Key responsibilities & impact

Connect with and educate clients and qualify leads within the LATAM region
Work with a predefined group of the largest and most important customers
Establish connections with partners ranging from support agents to CISOs
Use consultative phone skills to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections
Utilize Salesforce to document activities, accurately predict opportunities, and communicate opportunity information
Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Excellent verbal communication skills
Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment
Proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals
Organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills
Proficient with technology
Able to multitask with several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
