About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic projects involving different areas and systems across the company
- Coordinate initiatives to integrate operations, customer bases, products, and processes, ensuring their proper incorporation into the internal environment
- Work on projects related to business expansion, including initiatives resulting from acquisitions, partnerships, and customer portfolio transfers
- Map impacts, dependencies, risks, and adjustment requirements across processes and systems
- Engage different stakeholders to define action plans, responsibilities, timelines, and success criteria
- Monitor project execution from end to end, ensuring alignment among the areas involved
- Develop schedules, KPIs, governance forums, and executive reports
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes during project implementation
- Support problem-solving and decision-making on topics involving multiple dependencies
- Ensure the structured transition of initiatives to the teams responsible for ongoing operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or related fields
- Experience in project management, transformation, operations, technology, or business functions
- Ability to work on projects involving multiple stakeholders and a high level of interdependence
- Systems thinking and the ability to understand impacts across business, processes, data, and technology
- Strong organizational, planning, and delivery-tracking skills
- Analytical, pragmatic, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and the ability to influence and coordinate across different departments and organizational levels
- Familiarity with KPIs, executive presentations, and project management tools
- Experience in telecommunications, services, or businesses with large customer bases
- Experience with operations integration, migration, or transformation projects
- Experience with initiatives related to M&A, company integration, acquisitions, or customer portfolio migrations
- Knowledge of CRM, billing, customer records, customer service, or other systems related to the customer journey
- Experience with Agile methodologies and/or project management
