About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure HR compliance with employment law and manage employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment paperwork
- Maintain and update HR documents and internal databases
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions across the US
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans with operational partners
- Build and sustain candidate relationships through technology, cold/warm leads, and referrals
- Guide hiring managers and coordinate interviews
- Engage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and oversee the offer process
- Maintain communication with hiring managers and build a candidate pipeline
- Ensure accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System and identify recruitment process improvements
- Use creative recruiting methods, including social media, career fairs, and campus visits
- Coordinate recruiting job fairs and attend relevant conferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Extensive experience with an ATS; Dayforce experience a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or a corporate environment
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and task-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to coach and encourage others
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated problem-solving ability and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage stress and maintain productivity under tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
