About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Work across Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Structure campaigns and write advertising copy
- Monitor budgets, bids, Quality Scores and campaign performance
- Track and optimise CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
- Conduct account audits and identify optimisation and growth opportunities
- Maintain conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Collaborate with internal account managers and team members
- Attend one daily team meeting
- Stay informed about Google Ads developments, tools and best practices
- Manage between one and 20 accounts as allocated
- Work approximately two to four hours per week per account after initial setup
- Provide agreed working-hour overlap with the team
- Monthly client reports are handled by account managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Zero to two years of Google Ads experience
- Strong interest in paid search and performance marketing
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good written English and advertising-copy skills
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make practical optimisation decisions
- Curiosity, creativity and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for account performance
- Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
- Comfortable using Hubstaff while working
- Agreed working-hour overlap with the team between 8:00 and 15:00 EDT
- Attendance at one compulsory daily team meeting
- Applications must include an up-to-date CV, relevant certifications if available, work examples and a short Loom video introduction
- Google Ads certification and agency experience are advantageous
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Shopping, Performance Max, offline conversion tracking, GCLID-based CRM imports, Meta Ads or Microsoft Ads is advantageous
