About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the annual salary review process, incentive cycles and other key Reward activities across Nobia
  • Design, develop and improve bonus programmes, company car policies and other benefits
  • Lead implementation and continued development of Nobia’s Global Job Structure
  • Develop and maintain country-specific salary structures and pay ranges
  • Analyse compensation outcomes and provide recommendations supporting pay equity and transparency
  • Manage compensation survey participation and analyse market trends
  • Deliver Reward analytics, reporting and decision materials for senior leaders, Executive Committee members and the Board
  • Advise local People & Culture teams and business leaders across countries on Reward frameworks, policies and processes
  • Strengthen Reward processes, tools, data quality, consistency, efficiency and governance
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives including executive compensation, long-term incentive programmes, pay transparency requirements and broader Reward transformation projects
  • Prepare analyses and recommendations for Remuneration Committee and Board-level Reward matters
  • Report directly to the EVP, Chief People & Culture Officer and collaborate with colleagues, local People & Culture teams and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar Reward function, ideally within an international organisation
  • Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking, incentive programmes and Reward governance
  • Experience developing or managing job architecture, job evaluation, grading methodologies or organisational frameworks
  • Ability to analyse complex data, identify trends and translate insights into clear recommendations for decision-makers
  • Experience preparing analyses, reports and decision materials for senior leadership, Executive Committees, Remuneration Committees or Boards
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through data, insight and professional judgement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Structured and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Experience working in an international or multi-country environment and navigating diverse market conditions and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent Excel and analytical capabilities, with strong attention to detail and data quality
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
