About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Book and manage flights, hotels, and ground transportation across Europe
  • Research and plan optimal travel connections that are cost-effective and time-efficient
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and on-site attendance
  • Manage event-related invoices, track expenses, and ensure payments are made on time
  • Work closely with vendors, hotels, airlines, and event organizers
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and budgets
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests
  • Ensure all travel and event arrangements align with approved budgets
  • Host and coordinate recruitment events and assessment days
  • Coordinate candidate invitations, interview bookings, and attendance confirmations
  • Respond to candidate queries and provide clear information about the recruitment process
  • Support application screening and interview scheduling in line with agreed criteria
  • Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding documentation and next steps
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure assessment days run smoothly and candidate follow-up is completed promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in event coordination, recruitment administration or a similar organisational role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling tight deadlines and frequent changes
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and attend events in person
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, candidates and suppliers
