About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, attract, and hire associate and fully licensed therapists
  • Source candidates through creative channels, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, and targeted recruiting campaigns
  • Build and nurture a strong, diverse pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain relationships with past applicants and passive candidates
  • Review applications and conduct thoughtful screenings
  • Guide candidates through a structured, high-touch interview process from initial outreach to final decision
  • Provide clear, timely, and engaging communication throughout the candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leaders on hiring decisions
  • Lead offer conversations and support candidates through the decision-making process
  • Partner with Training and People Operations to support smooth onboarding
  • Track pipeline health and recruiting activity in Rippling ATS
  • Use data and insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
  • Maintain process quality, organization, and compliance
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Represent NOCD at job fairs, events, and targeted recruiting campaigns
  • Deliver against hiring goals of 12–15+ therapists per month

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for mental health and NOCD’s mission of expanding access to OCD treatment
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to explore opportunities for growth and impact
  • Curiosity and tenacity in identifying talent and exploring candidate markets
  • Ability to research, understand, and adapt to therapist candidate pools
  • Exceptional communication skills across emails, calls, texts, and other channels
  • Comfort using social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Indeed, LinkedIn, and HireEZ
  • 3+ years in talent acquisition or a similar role
  • Track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to coordinate multiple priorities
