Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow access to specialized OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies across academic psychiatric departments, outpatient clinics, and health systems
  • Use provider data, referral trends, market intelligence, and insurance coverage information to prioritize opportunities
  • Conduct provider outreach, face-to-face meetings, practice meetings, and relationship development in the field
  • Educate healthcare professionals about OCD, symptoms, diagnosis barriers, ERP therapy, and NOCD’s services
  • Help providers identify patients who may benefit from specialized OCD treatment
  • Address questions and objections regarding insurance, virtual treatment, patient engagement, and referrals
  • Develop account-level strategies to increase referrals, reengage inactive providers, and activate interested providers
  • Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting through referral activation and account growth
  • Maintain the referral-partner pipeline and track meetings, referrals, registrations, and conversions in CRM tools
  • Manage monthly performance goals and implement corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient intake and provider experience
  • Communicate provider feedback, referral barriers, and market trends to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Represent NOCD professionally in the community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of professional experience meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Ability to learn quickly and take feedback
  • Purpose-driven interest in improving patient access and outcomes
