  • Establish and monitor HR performance indicators and workforce metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through AI, automation, and digital innovation
  • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions with HR stakeholders
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases
  • Support responsible AI adoption through governance, compliance, and ethical use of employee data
  • Measure and communicate the impact of AI-driven initiatives
  • Support employee engagement, workplace culture, employee experience, rewards, recognition, and talent initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and enhancing service delivery
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
  • Support data governance, compliance requirements, and reporting standards
  • Maintain documentation, methodologies, and analytical frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and workforce metrics
  • Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements through analytics and technology
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Nice to have: experience with AI, machine learning, automation, generative AI, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, predictive analytics, organizational transformation, change management, data governance, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, or global/matrixed organizations
