About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as OPS SPOC toward the Customer team and customers for order fulfilment and escalations
  • Perform supply chain management operations
  • Improve supply chain design using best practices and business knowledge
  • Contribute to supply chain processes and execution, profitability, and efficiency
  • Drive Demand Planning S&OP alignment with Sales, PLM, and Supply Chain
  • Support pre-sales by evaluating logistics requirements and planning logistics and supply chain execution
  • Contribute to logistics execution processes and monitor/control business targets
  • Manage order delivery schedules, pursue improvements, address supply shortages and mitigation, and provide daily/weekly updates
  • Drive allocation requirements for specific customers during supply chain shortages
  • Own hardware revenue forecasting, align with the Business Controller and execution plan, and drive risk mitigation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Order fulfilment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, and MS Office tools
  • Proficiency in Requirement Analysis, Stakeholder management, and Process Improvement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships
  • Experience with AI Agentic tools (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Hyperscale Business and requirement (nice to have)
  • NSA/CAPS approval required
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dallas, Texas
