About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete project assignments
Manage small or mid-size projects throughout planning and execution
Network with the larger Network Infrastructure Customer Delivery Team
Provide progress reports, share learnings, and identify areas for improvement
Work with experienced Project Managers and end customers on project planning, implementation, and issue resolution
Coordinate critical project activities with internal resources and external customers
Create, distribute, and control Project Plans, Communications Plans, Risk Assessments, Mitigation Plans, Project Close-out documentation, and Lessons Learned
Provide creative solutions to issues affecting implementation and execution of Nokia products and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Passion for technology, problem solving, and customer engagement
Motivation to work in an international corporation and face digital change challenges
Great team and communication skills
Fluent English
Ability to actively seek and provide feedback
High flexibility, initiative, and commitment
Analytical skills and curiosity
Willingness to continuously learn, develop, and grow
