About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the RDE IP engineering team in preparing NSP methods of procedure, acceptance test documentation, designs, AI and automation-assisted work, and design data preparation
- Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, MoP, and ATP documents for NSP IP network deployments and transformation projects
- Support validation and verification activities using STA and other AI-enabled engineering tools
- Assist with customer NSP installation, upgrade, and commissioning activities, including software loading, status checks, basic NSP health analysis, and implementation documentation
- Support NSP integration for new customer networks and network transformation projects, including network element onboarding, configuration verification, testing, and integration procedures
- Participate in dry-run activities, including NSP environment preparation, procedure execution, result documentation, and issue identification
- Collect, organize, and maintain project-related technical data, reports, and engineering documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams on IP networking technologies, NSP solutions, platform design, integration, validation, and software upgrades
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active student status (for at least one year)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of network management system administration (RHEL, VMWare ESXI) technology and IP networking principles
- Team player, good communicative skills, eagerness to learn
- Student status in telecommunications, physics, electrical engineering, or related field (nice to have)
- Ability to work independently and in a team (nice to have)
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and operating IP networks (nice to have)
- Experience working with Nokia network equipment (nice to have)
- Basic knowledge of Python and automation frameworks (RobotFramework, Selenium) (nice to have)
