Key responsibilities & impact

Drive business performance and provide advanced decision support to business leaders in a complex business organisation
Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the respective business organisation
Challenge the organisation on commercial, financial, and business performance-related issues
Identify and monitor risks, exposures, and opportunities
Ensure performance tracking is in place to alert possible needs for corrective actions
Drive the permanent reduction of working capital needs
Ensure compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies, procedures, and reporting
Establish productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and authorities
Act as a senior subject matter expert at a global or regional level
Lead functional teams or projects with considerable resource requirements, risk, and complexity
Handle day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field
7–10 years of experience in Finance and Controlling
Experience in the Telecommunications industry preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including CoPilot
Familiarity with SAP preferred
Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI
Proven ability to interact with global teams
Highly self-directed and independent in developing plans and measuring effectiveness
Ability to anticipate problems, seek opportunities, model creative work methods, and implement complex and innovative concepts
Proficient in English
Excellent communication skills
Ability to confidently present complex topics at executive levels
Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and influence cross-cultural and global environments to accept new concepts and practices
