About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Initiate Purchase Requests using tools such as iBuy and SRM
  • Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders
  • Track deliveries and ensure proper goods reception
  • Register purchase and delivery data in the MW dataverse
  • Manage supplier relationships and interactions
  • Support tribes with material and subcontractor cost planning
  • Plan and monitor investment expenditures
  • Assist Technical Project Managers and Project Managers with cost and effort tracking
  • Monitor the progress and financial aspects of Grants and Funded projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic understanding of budget tracking principles and project management methodologies
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Familiarity and smart usage of collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree
