About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining change management in Agile and SAP
  • Partner with product development teams, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, finance, and service organizations
  • Document and manage change orders/requests in Agile/SAP
  • Ensure accurate and timely review, release, and implementation of assemblies, parts, documents, and BOMs
  • Ensure product data is correct, current, complete, consistent, and traceable to corporate ERP system requirements
  • Document, maintain, and update PDM business processes for BOM release, approval, and lifecycle management
  • Optimize PDM processes in Agile/SAP for accurate, consistent, and timely information delivery
  • Facilitate the Agile/SAP product data integrity program through advanced searches and data quality reports
  • Coordinate content validation with cross-functional data owners and resolve discrepancies
  • Track metrics, improve data quality, and drive adoption of master data and business processes with internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience with Product Data Management (PDM), complex Bill of Materials (BOM) Configuration Management, data governance, and change order analysis/coordination in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of BOM management technologies, industry standards, and best practices
  • Highly proficient in Agile PLM
  • Agile Admin experience and experience in SAP and Enovia considered a major plus
  • Strong ability to develop systems and business processes
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and documentation procedures
  • Experience using Agile advanced search, import/export tools, and reporting functionality
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of directly related experience
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BOM configuration and interchangeability requirements
