About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the Project Core Team (PCT)
- Manage the Supply Chain cross-functional team
- Lead technology issue resolution
- Manage CAPEX/OPEX
- Conduct capacity planning
- Participate in transformational projects
- Partner with Product and Test Engineering, Business Line R&D, Global Operations, SCE functions, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier partners
- Manage day-to-day supply chain issues in NPI and ongoing production
- Develop long-term supply chain strategies
- Drive new product introduction projects into the Nokia Supply Chain
- Manage NPI builds, including cost elements, materials, and NREs
- Lead Change Management decisions impacting Supply Chain, including liability claims and stop management
- Manage product lifecycle, including forecasts, customer issues, and market conditions
- Lead cost reduction, low-cost qualifications and transfers, Continuous Quality Improvement, and End of Life Product Planning teams as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS or equivalent in Technical Degree
- Very Good knowledge of Project Management
- Management experience strongly desired
- Very good knowledge of Supply Chain business processes
- Strong manufacturing and new product introduction experience
- Very good telecom manufacturing processes
- ODM/OEM/JDM engagement, capability analysis and execution
- Strategic planning and execution
- Track record of cross-functional influence and quality leadership
- Knowledge of SAP transactions related to Change Management
- Good Knowledge of Aras Product Life Cycle Management (PDM tool)
- Demonstrated acumen in utilizing engineering judgment and problem solving
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills
- English and Native language required
- Excellent organization skills and aptitude to define operational requirements and design and implement processes and systems
