Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or System Architecture in optical communication
  • Proven ability to develop multi-year business plans and deliver on profit/loss commitments
  • Strong experience in customer interaction and business development
  • Exceptional presentation skills for management, customers, and conferences
  • Background in optical transceiver products or related technologies (nice to have)
  • Experience working in a distributed, international team environment (nice to have)
  • Ability to evaluate return-on-investment scenarios and competitor benchmarks (nice to have)
  • Skills in marketing strategy development and pricing optimization (nice to have)
