About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and enhance scalable cloud-native software solutions and observability platform capabilities
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues
- Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and improve application reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes-based solutions
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions
- Collaborate with architects, area product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering Degree
- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native, distributed software systems using Golang and microservices-based architectures
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native microservices and distributed systems using Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Proficiency in scalable backend services, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms
- Experience with observability and monitoring technologies, including telemetry collection, metrics, logging, tracing, and troubleshooting large-scale systems is advantageous
- Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices using Jenkins, GitOps, Helm, and container-based deployment pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is nice to have
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus
- Full Stack development experience using ReactJS is advantageous
