About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and enhance scalable cloud-native software solutions and observability platform capabilities
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and improve application reliability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes-based solutions
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions
  • Collaborate with architects, area product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering Degree with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native, distributed software systems using Golang and microservices-based architectures
  • Hands-on experience building cloud-native microservices and distributed systems using Kubernetes and containerization technologies
  • Proficiency in designing and developing scalable backend services, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms
  • Experience with observability and monitoring technologies, including telemetry collection, metrics, logging, tracing, and troubleshooting large-scale systems
  • Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, Helm, and container-based deployment pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Full Stack development experience using ReatJS will be an advantage
