About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python-based software solutions
- Implement AI/ML solutions, including RAG architectures and intelligent automation
- Collaborate with data engineers on large-scale data processing and analysis
- Partner with DevOps teams for reliable application deployment and CI/CD
- Integrate AI capabilities with engineering and collaboration platforms, such as Jira and Confluence
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Support stakeholder enablement through demonstrations and training
- Participate in Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong Python expertise
- Proven experience in AI/ML development and integration
- Knowledge of modern data lake/warehouse technologies and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
