About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end engineering projects from requirements and technical design through development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement
- Design, develop, and critically review internal applications for code quality, architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and performance
- Drive DevOps and cloud engineering, including CI/CD, containerization, cloud deployments, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability
- Build AI/GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI APIs
- Collaborate and provide technical leadership through design and code reviews, mentoring, documentation, and improvements to engineering practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable, production-grade software systems
- Proficiency in software architecture, system design, coding, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and cloud technologies, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, cloud deployments, monitoring, and observability
- Experience building AI/GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI integrations
- Ability to independently drive projects from concept to production and make sound technical decisions with minimal supervision
- Experience working across teams, mentoring engineers, documenting technical solutions, and adopting emerging technologies
- Bachelor’s degree
