About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently own test automation, CI, and regression for a feature area
- Build and maintain pipelines, test environments, and release verification processes
- Perform feature, system, deployment, upgrade, security, and release testing
- Use Agentic AI tools to accelerate test design and automation
- Coach junior engineers on Robot Framework, Python, CI, and test reliability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree / Graduate or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in software/telecom product verification and test automation
- Experience using Robot Framework, Python, and Bash for scripting and test environment setup
- Proficiency in cloud-native software development on containerized platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Strong foundation in Linux, Git, and GitLab CI/Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Experience leveraging Agentic AI/AI-assisted development tools
- Familiarity with Helm for deployment and orchestration
- Experience across feature, entity, system, deployment, and upgrade testing
- Proficiency in security and release testing methodologies
- Knowledge of MantaRay NM product specifics
