About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead the UI architecture vision and roadmap for the cloud-native network management platform
Design scalable, secure, and highly available UI solutions using modern technologies and architectural patterns
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations for long-term business goals
Lead architecture reviews and make key design decisions across engineering teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Product Management and stakeholders
Establish architectural governance, engineering standards, and best practices
Mentor engineers and technical leaders
Stay current with UI, cloud-native, and telecom network management technology trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
15+ years of experience in telecom software development, focused on cloud-native platforms and large-scale production systems
Hands-on expertise in ReactJS and modern web application architectures
Proven track record in UI design and development
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and distributed systems, including Kubernetes Operators and CRDs
Extensive experience in FCAPS solutions, 4G/5G Core Networks, and network functions
Solid understanding of SNMP and 3GPP standards
Experience designing telecom management and observability platforms
Proficiency in large-scale data processing and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with Kafka-based streaming solutions
Background in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes operations
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and platforms preferred
Proven track record of technical leadership and ownership preferred
