About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently design, develop, debug, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications
Own microservices and APIs and improve quality, scalability, security, and reliability
Deliver and deploy using Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD
Use Agentic AI as part of the standard workflow
Build solutions that accelerate development, testing, and automation
Coach junior engineers on design, quality, and AI-assisted engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Graduate/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native, distributed software systems using Java (Spring Boot)/ Python
Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift
Experience building and integrating REST APIs and microservices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or Jenkins)
Exposure to Agentic AI/AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, or equivalent)
Experience with SOAP APIs, Oracle/PostgreSQL, or other relational databases (nice to have)
Proficiency in Linux shell scripting, automation, and strong development experience in Java and Python (nice to have)
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) (nice to have)
