About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead software design and implementation phases, focusing on requirement analysis, coding, and testing for high-performance embedded systems
- Utilize expertise in integration, debugging, and testing to enhance software quality and performance in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Manage configuration processes using Clearcase and Clearquest, ensuring robust version control and traceability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions while navigating wireless protocols and RFNTP client/protocol
- Design and develop software architectures for Linux-based embedded systems using C++ and C
- Work closely with developers, integrators, method experts, and customers to ensure software interface alignment and drive standardization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires Bachelors / Masters in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in Embedded domain in C/C++ and ARM environment
- Experience in the design and development of Linux kernel solutions for real-time embedded systems
- Experience in Linux Device Drivers enhancements and Board Support Packages (BSP) for various RISC processors
- Experience in driving kernel optimizations to enhance performance and reduce resource utilization in real-time applications
- Scripting skills to automate processes and improve system efficiency within the embedded Linux environment (nice to have)
- Engagement with industry partners, including Qualcomm, to innovate and leverage cutting-edge technologies in telecommunications (nice to have)
