About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Solve complex and technical problems in Identity Management services
- Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all Identity Management components
- Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service
- Participate in service upgrade and enhancement deployments
- Mentor junior team members
- Interface with IdM T2 support, Service Delivery Management, and surrounding subject matter experts
- Support Nokia workforce and business-to-business identity management domains in a third-tier support role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux operating system or other Linux operating systems
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Red Hat IdM server and client installation and configuration
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Red Hat IdM operations, including users/groups/hosts management and policies configuration
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Linux services including certificate system, Kerberos KDC, DNS Server, and NTP Server
- Knowledge of LDAP, Apache, Kerberos, and Linux OS fundamentals for troubleshooting day-to-day issues
- Knowledge of Bash Scripts and running basic scripts for recurring tasks
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Zabbix and a proactive approach to alerts
- Experience in Perl or Python, Bash scripting, and OS patching is nice-to-have
- Experience with RHEL, Rocky, Debian, and Ubuntu is nice-to-have
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, NIS, and identity management products is nice-to-have
