Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electric or Computer Engineering
- Deep understanding of highly complex electrical design principles
- Proven experience with miniaturization techniques
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective team interaction
- Experience integrating AI into product development workflows (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with die packaging processes (nice-to-have)
- Experience in mechanical FEA analysis (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency in thermal analysis methodologies (nice-to-have)
- Background in highly efficient power supply design (nice-to-have)
