About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own post-sales relationships for a focused portfolio of enterprise customers
- Build trusted partnerships across technical practitioners, security leaders, and executives
- Build and drive deployment roadmaps and success plans with clear phases, owners, and target dates
- Lead quarterly business reviews to assess progress, demonstrate value, and align on next steps
- Understand customers’ AI environments, security programs, priorities, and risks
- Translate customer priorities into practical implementation plans
- Scope deployments and review architecture and integration requirements
- Use API documentation and logs to investigate issues
- Validate assumptions and engage R&D with specific technical findings, clear questions, and well-defined escalation requests
- Connect customer objectives to Noma’s capabilities and define measurable outcomes
- Drive adoption beyond the initial rollout and identify additional workloads, teams, and use cases
- Coordinate with Sales when commercial follow-up is needed
- Coordinate Customer Engineering, Product, Research, Engineering, Security, and Support resources
- Resolve blockers and bring customer insights back into Noma
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles, with a strong background in hands-on Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture, ideally in a post-sales role at a security vendor
- Proven ownership of enterprise customer strategy and technical outcomes, including discovery, deployment planning, success plans, executive reviews, and ongoing adoption
- Strong technical depth, including the ability to scope a deployment, read API documentation and logs, assess integration requirements, and discuss specific technical findings with R&D before escalating
- Strong cybersecurity expertise and understanding of modern AI technologies and architectures, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP
- Confidence working with CISOs, AI governance teams, and architecture review stakeholders
- Ability to translate customer priorities into actionable phased plans with clear owners, dates, and success measures
- Experience at an early-stage cybersecurity company, with independence and adaptability to incomplete documentation and a rapidly evolving product
- Experience with AI security, AI governance, or securing generative AI applications and autonomous agents
- Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP guidance, MITRE ATLAS, and emerging AI regulation
- Experience across both pre-sales technical and post-sales customer-facing roles
