About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform financial analysis, due diligence, process management, deal origination support, and client deal team interaction
  • Coordinate and work with product, geography, and industry teams, including M&A, Infrastructure Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Debt Advisory, and Equity Advisory
  • Work on sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, debt and equity raising, and leveraged buyout transactions
  • Engage broadly across M&A, Infrastructure Finance, Debt Advisory, Equity Advisory, Structured and Risk Solutions teams, including IR or FX derivatives
  • Work closely with senior team members with significant exposure
  • Provide investment banking advisory and capital-raising solutions to clients across the transport and logistics sector in the EMEA region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or M&A
  • Experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sector; previous exposure to transport and logistics transactions preferred
  • Ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Proven experience leading M&A deal execution in the relevant sector
  • Experience working in a project-based environment with tight deadlines
  • Proactiveness, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm
  • Outstanding academic record
  • Must have or be eligible for the required UK right to work; Tier 2 Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified overseas workers
