About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Correspond with Instinet Technology Solutions clients on day-to-day product service matters
  • Build client environments and handle ad-hoc requests and support inquiries
  • Provide client training and notify clients of product updates
  • Liaise with Instinet technology support teams
  • Follow through promptly and clearly on client issues and inquiries
  • Coordinate post-sale implementation of client development requests with product teams
  • Coordinate development effort and out-of-contract costs with relationship managers
  • Use existing product features and capabilities to develop solutions to client problems
  • Manage inbound and outbound client FIX requests
  • Maintain client environments including Newport, TCA, System Owner creation, and Midway

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Keen interest in business and finance
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity, diligence, integrity, and ability to thrive in a challenging environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Additional Asian language skills are a value-add
  • Candidates must be in their penultimate year of study
  • Availability for the entire Summer Internship duration from mid-June to mid-August 2026
  • No specific advanced degree or path of study is required
