About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Allocate collateral and maintain Tri-Party Repos reaching upwards of $100B/day notional
  • Manage firm liquidity and funding by maximizing collateral allocations to minimize unfinanced collateral costs
  • Support trading and sales desks through complex collateral allocations and new client business implementation
  • Work with settlements to ensure timely deliveries that do not hinder firm liquidity
  • Manage daily relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Assist with trade discrepancies and related setbacks
  • Participate in due diligence and execution of BNY offerings aimed at enhancing daily liquidity management
  • Support Rates/Repo Front Office, Trading desk, and Treasury teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in a Tri-party or Liquidity Operations role at a broker dealer
  • 3+ years managing a team within Operations or Middle Office
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Motivated self-starter capable of excelling in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines
  • Proactive and detail orientated
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Series 99 or willingness to sit for required exam
