About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer assigned contracts from award setup and kickoff briefings through modifications and closeout
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready contract files
  • Serve as a point of contact for Contracting Officers and Contract Specialists on administrative matters
  • Coordinate with program teams and Finance on invoicing
  • Monitor contract performance against delivery schedules, pricing, and terms
  • Identify when modifications, amendments, or extensions are needed
  • Determine when customer-directed changes fall outside contract scope and escalate them
  • Track deliverables, reports, and CDRL items and escalate risks
  • Negotiate and maintain NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts
  • Flow down FAR and DFARS clauses into subcontract provisions
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and recommend resolutions to claims, disputes, and complaints
  • Support solicitation reviews, compliance assessments, and teaming coordination
  • Prepare proposal contract documentation, representations, certifications, and required forms
  • Draft solicitation questions and responses to customer data calls
  • Work with program managers, the Program Director, Growth, Finance, government Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, and teaming partners
  • Do not sign agreements or submit proposals on behalf of Nooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four or more years of government contracts administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
  • Experience supporting IDIQ and GSA Schedule contracts
  • Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts
  • Ability to identify contract risk and develop solutions to moderate and complex contractual issues
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction from program and department leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
  • All candidates must be eligible for and committed to obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government Secret security clearance as a condition of employment
  • CFCM, CPCM, or FAC-C preferred
  • Prior experience as a federal 1102 Contract Specialist a plus
  • Familiarity with PIEE and CPARS a plus
  • Experience with OT agreements or Intelligence Community customers a plus
  • Active Secret clearance preferred; active Top Secret clearance a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
