About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to routine data requests from internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Prepare and maintain regular reports for external stakeholders and partners, showcasing service reach and impact
Coordinate with Program Delivery and Tech teams to maintain accurate and continuous data management
Handle ad hoc data and communication requests from the Program Delivery team
Drive efficiency and maintain high-quality tele training operations across programs
Optimize workflows, including call scripts and user interaction flow
Conduct regular call audits, lead debrief sessions, and implement improvements based on findings
Assign call sheets and monitor call recordings to ensure adherence to standards
Document and share impactful stories and learnings highlighting user impact
Support tele trainers with guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance call quality and user experience
Act as the point of contact for field-related requirements, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
Collaborate with Product and Program Delivery teams to identify challenges, share insights, and recommend operational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent skills in data management, reporting, and analysis
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Familiarity with other digital platforms
Good documentation skills to accurately record procedures and learnings
Proficiency in English
At least basic understanding of Hindi and Telugu is preferred, not mandatory
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to adapt and learn new tools or processes quickly in a fast-paced environment
