About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end operations of the YosAid program at identified hospital partners
  • Support Program Managers and Lead Trainers in implementing and maintaining the Care Companion Program
  • Coordinate assigned public and private hospital partners
  • Manage client and team relationships and represent CCP in program coordination meetings
  • Monitor output data and address operational challenges with program managers
  • Conduct monthly qualitative class-quality audits at selected hospitals
  • Support Master Trainers and Lead Trainers in delivering training-of-trainers modules in the local language
  • Identify the need for booster training and coordinate logistics
  • Implement experimental design activities with in-house designers and content creators
  • Gather feedback to inform operational and content decisions
  • Work with government stakeholders on program advocacy and implementation
  • Complete required documentation with NHM and YAIF teams
  • Support ground implementation, capacity building, supportive supervision, and trainer hand-holding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Fluency in the native language of the state
  • Healthcare or management background (MPH, MHA, MBA, MBBS, MSW, BDS, BPT, BAMS, BUMS, with management background)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-drive, and common computer applications
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience, or experience working in public health projects and government institutions
  • Willingness to undertake heavy project-based travel to district hospitals
  • Willingness to travel for extended durations and potentially relocate within the state
  • Ability to build partner relations and liaise with key stakeholders
  • Ability to complete documentation in coordination with NHM and YAIF teams
  • Ability to support program advocacy, staff capacity building, supportive supervision, and trainer hand-holding
