About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with infrastructure operations and support activities across multiple technology domains
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support cloud, server, storage, endpoint, and network-related projects
- Help maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams on automation, process improvement, and technology modernization initiatives
- Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Gain hands-on experience supporting technologies across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, servers, storage, endpoint management, identity and access management, and enterprise technology operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in enterprise infrastructure technologies and IT operations
- Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively
- Exposure to networking, operating systems, cloud technologies, scripting, or infrastructure concepts is a plus
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background/criminal check required for employment
