About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, develop and standardize end-to-end Service Supply Chain processes and capabilities globally
Own the design, standardization and documentation of end-to-end Supply Chain processes across plan, source, deliver and return
Translate business needs into clear system and IT requirements
Ensure Supply Chain systems, including D365 and connected tools, support global processes and business needs
Design scalable and automation-ready processes supporting automation and AI-enabled capabilities
Drive global process standardization across the Services Business Line and Sales Areas
Own the Supply Chain process, systems and capabilities roadmap
Prioritize the development backlog for enhancements, new solutions and automation initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives
Support Business Line and Sales Areas through change, transitions and adoption of new processes and capabilities
Partner with IT, Business Line and Sales Areas across planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics and order management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes and process development
Proven ability to bridge business and IT, translating business needs into system requirements and prioritizing development
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing ERP-enabled solutions, such as D365
Experience with automation capabilities and process improvements
Ability to design scalable, system-enabled and automation-ready processes
Understanding of Supply Chain technology across planning, inventory optimization, logistics, automation and AI-enabled solutions
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a process and systems mindset
Experience working across Supply Chain, business and IT functions in a global environment
Experience supporting process transformation and system implementation initiatives
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Change management capability to support adoption of new processes and ways of working
Continuous improvement mindset focused on scalability, operational excellence, automation and business value realization
