About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct inspections and monitoring in operational areas, identifying risks and vulnerabilities and supporting the definition of preventive and corrective actions
Support the execution of emergency response plans, including drills, training, and guidance for employees and third parties
Record, analyze, and follow up on incidents and occurrences, including issuing incident reports and preparing technical reports
Conduct strategic and security risk analyses, contributing to asset protection and the improvement of security processes
Monitor the activities of the Operational Control Center (OCC), electronic security systems, identification, and access control
Support audits, contract oversight, and monitoring of services provided to the Corporate Security area
Prepare periodic reports, keep the area’s strategic information up to date, and support the development and improvement of standards, policies, and practices for physical and forestry security

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of a technical qualification in an administrative or IT-related field required
A technologist degree in Private Security Management will be considered an advantage
Experience in physical security
Experience preparing technical reports and management reports
Experience in contract oversight and management
Knowledge of operational risk inspection and analysis
Knowledge of electronic security and CCTV
Knowledge of access control systems
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category B, required
Must reside in the Paragominas region
Educational certificates must be attached at the time of application
