About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Efficient machine set up and operation.
  • Review process sheets provided by the supervisor to indicate the customer order.
  • Monitor machine to detect production defects.
  • Pre-check equipment before operating.
  • Ensure that Hydro part numbers, customer part numbers, and piece counts are marked on racks or carts to be packaged for shipments.
  • Report all defects and material shortages to the Supervisor or Lead.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Ability to use tools correctly such as tape measures, callipers, micrometers, and lineal checking gauges.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Good math skills using fractions, decimals and basic geometry (preferred)
