About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee daily inventory management of the main storeroom and satellite locations
  • Manage the introduction and implementation of new stock items
  • Perform accurate daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Create store numbers in Oracle as needed for proper tracking
  • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Create and optimize store locations to maximize storage capacity
  • Review and adjust Min/Max order points according to current usage trends
  • Collaborate with all departments to identify obsolete and unidentified parts
  • Create and maintain records for audits, adjustments, and additions to store inventory
  • Conduct daily 5S activities and inventory audits
  • Provide support to storeroom attendants
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift license
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Previous Warehouse and Inventory Control Experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments, including Senior Leadership, to resolve inventory-related issues
  • Proficient in computer applications, with advanced Excel skills
  • Oracle experience is preferred
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), especially MVP, experience is a plus
