Requirements

What you’ll need
  • The ability to work any shift
  • The ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Crane and Mobile Equipment Certification required, or the ability to attain this certification through Hydro training as per the Mobile Equipment Policy
  • Minimum of 1 year’s manufacturing experience desirable
  • High School or GED preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, with fluency in English
  • Knowledge of paint process
  • Ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours
  • Ability to prioritize needs
  • Adaptable to change
  • Self-starter
  • Team player
