About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Consider resources, deadlines, and operational priorities during planning
- Procure materials and services required to execute maintenance work orders
- Ensure technical compliance and adherence to deadlines
- Control and monitor the work order lifecycle
- Ensure the proper allocation of resources and accurate activity records
- Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Operations to align demands and priorities
- Monitor maintenance performance indicators, including MTTR, MTBF, backlog, APM, Scheduler, reports, and overdue plans
- Analyze the costs of planned services and contribute to adherence to the cash cost and fixed-cost plans
- Lead weekly planning meetings when necessary
- Schedule maintenance work orders generated by the maintenance plan
- Request Engineering reviews when necessary
- Support the development of suppliers, products, and services
- Monitor adherence to the production plan
- Prepare a four-week plan in accordance with the forecast
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical program in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, including the PM and MM modules
- Solid experience in Maintenance Planning and Management in a manufacturing plant
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of MS Project
- Knowledge of analysis and problem-solving tools
- Class B driver's license
- Reside in the Barcarena or Abaetetuba region
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
- Knowledge of failure analysis and equipment reliability is desirable
- Knowledge of the PDCA cycle is desirable
