About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and schedule maintenance activities, focusing on external repairs for Refinery and Port equipment
Process demands arising from predictive maintenance reports, ensuring the resources required to perform the services
Work directly in SAP, managing the repair bench and issuing maintenance work orders (WOs)
Schedule and monitor maintenance demands with contracted companies
Manage external demands performed through contracts and spot services
Manage critical materials and spare parts for the area
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance plans
Monitor the maintenance budget and KPIs, supporting decision-making
Contribute to asset reliability and operational efficiency while complying with Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Production requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience with maintenance planning and control (PCM) in medium- or large-scale industrial environments
Experience managing external repairs
Experience with service contracts and materials management
Experience issuing and controlling invoices is desirable
Knowledge of maintenance KPIs
Knowledge of problem analysis and-solving tools
Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical standards
Basic knowledge of industrial costs and corporate budgeting
At least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in SAP, particularly the PM and MM modules
Position exclusively for women
Education certificates must be attached at the time of application
